Olivier Mateu, known to the music world as Rodriguez Jr. or as one half of French electro act The Youngsters who are best known for their two studio albums and singles for F-Communications. 

Today we see the release of ‘Chain Reaction‘, the new EP from Rodriguez Jr. The title track has been a standout track in his sets for over 12 months, making a huge impact everywhere from Paradise at DC10 to Oasis Festival.

This is the last EP release before the artist’s anticipated third album release due May 2017.

Rodriguez Jr. says: “It was written and recorded in one night. I was just jamming on the Moog synthesizer and trying to do something with a solid drive, without losing a strong emotional side. It’s been inspiring to record in this spontaneous way, without thinking about the final result and just record in the moment.”
