Carl Cox is a name that is recognised worldwide wether you’re into underground music or not… On 14th June this very man plays his first record at Space, Ibiza as part of his very last season in the White Isle, Ibiza.
Music Is Revolution – The Final Chapter
From the 14th June – 20th September Carl Cox will be bringing back selected DJs from the previous 14 seasons as well as a huge list of new talent which are making big movements in the underground scene.
“There’s going to be something for everyone” says Carl. “Whether you’re looking for legendary DJs or brand new talent, we’ll have them all. Lots of great DJs from the early years are coming back to play too, which is going to feel really special.”
With just over 10 weeks to go until the opening party, the line-up is already taking shape. Cox’s management (Safehouse Management) are now finally ready to reveal just some of the DJs who’ll be joining king Carl.
The final names have now been added to the line up which include some amazing acts!
The new names that have been announced: Artwork, Ben Pearce, Carlo Lio, Danny Howells, Darren Emerson, David Glass, DJ Vibe, Drumcomplex & Roel Salemink (Live), Dubfire, Elio Riso, Eric Powell, Jack De Marseille, Joris Voorn, Just Be, Kerri Chandler, LTJ Bukem, Marco Bailey, Michel De Hey, Misstress Barbara, Philipp Straub, Pirupa, Popof b2b Julian Jewell, Saeed Younan, Stefano Noferini, Stephane Pompougnac, Steve Mulder, Tania Vulcano, UMEK.
Dance music legend John Digweed returning to the party, along with other familiar faces to the Revolution such as the influential Fatboy Slim, Ovum label head Josh Wink and Intec’s co-leader Jon Rundell.
Cadenza Records’ Luciano, Germany’s much in-demand Pan-Pot, US Techno pioneer Carl Craig, the Polish-born Berlin-based Magda and Switzerland’s Deetron.
First names that were confirmed include legendary DJs such as the French-born Francois K, US House heroes Danny Tenaglia and Masters At Work and the illustrious Sasha. On the Techno front there’s heavy weights such as Sweden’s Adam Beyer going b2b with Ida Engberg plus Italy’s Techno masters Marco Carola and Joseph Capriati.
Also returning are Drum and Bass aficionados Andy C & Tonn Piper (All night long), Guy J, Spain’s Uner, Unkle’s James Lavelle and the self-proclaimed House Gangster DJ Sneak.
Plus, as always Carl continues to support new talent with Lauren Lo Sung and Eli & Fur also confirmed.
Running for 15 weeks, one week for every year of the residency, Music Is Revolution – The Final Chapter will be the biggest party on the island. This is guaranteed to go down as the most legendary residency in Ibiza.
With all early bird tickets selling out in just 24 hours, demand to be part of dance history is already exceeding expectations. Unsurprisingly, tickets for the closing party are already almost sold out, so you’ll need to act fast if you want to witness Carl’s last ever Space show. It will be the only place to be on September 20th with Carl already confirming he’ll be playing all night long.
