For our next Top 5 Tracks interview, we caught up with Bexxie to see what her top 5 tracks she has been playing in her sets lately. She also has a single entitled ‘Real Good‘ out now on Thrive Music – LISTEN HERE – BUY HERE
Kyle Walker & Max Styler – Memories Of You [D4 D4NCE]
This one is a piano house banger. There’s something so bouncy about the way the pianos & bassline pump with the drums. It makes me jump up and down everytime the drop comes in!
Bexxie – Real Good [Thrive]
This is my new release on Thrive. I was going for an underground 90s warehouse vibe with a hypnotic, repeating vocal and bubbly acid bass and synths.
Chapter & Verse – Ready For The Rave [Helix Records]
This is just one of many C&V tracks I’ve been playing in my sets. He’s a production machine and just makes banger after banger. This track in particular is an unapologetic, in-your-face 90s rave anthem.
Kx5 ft Hayla – Escape (John Summit Remix) [mau5trap]
The original is already amazing and John Summit made an equally amazing remix that’s perfect for the club. I especially love the arpeggiated retro-sounding synth. This one gets people singing along every time!
Noizu – Moon Groove [Insomniac Records]
Noizu managed to marry tech house with 2000s indie dance vibes. The vocal is so catchy and is reminiscent of M.G.M.T. or Empire of the Sun. Instant classic!
