Q1. So, tell us where you departed from and landed into today?

Today I came from playing in Braga, Portugal at Gate13 club to Blackworks in Vigo. As both Braga & Vigo are close to the border between Portugal & Spain respectively the promoters arranged a driver for me. The drive was short, just over an hour.

Q2. Is this a one-off show, or part of a bigger tour? (If a tour, tell us where you have been so far)

This show is actually the last one this month of an 11-gig tour. This month has seen shows in Eindhoven, Berlin, Paris, Valencia, Edinburgh, Amsterdam & more. Some big ones to note have been Verknipt in Amsterdam & Terminal V in Edinburgh.

Q3. What venue are you playing tonight and who else is on the line up?

Tonight, I’m playing for Blackworks in Vigo, they’ve taken over Sala Queen with a massive production. I’m excited to be sharing the lineup with so many friends tonight in Cera Khin, Dexphase, Otta & Sara Landry.

Q4. What is one item you can’t travel without?

Downloading the latest episode of the Mandalorian! One of my favourite tv shows and it always passes the time well on a flight. Other than that I’d have to say my comfy sliders come everywhere with me. They legit live on my feet. If I could wear them to the club I would.

Q5. Tell us your typical gig schedule – do you get to see many of the places you visit?

To be honest, it’d not often I get to see the cities I play in. Especially in Europe as it’s just one city to the next, it’s very fast paced. When I travel more International there is always more time to see the cities & culture which I really like and make the most of. I love exploring new cultures & food of course.

Q6. One thing you hate about being on the road?

The ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being ignored by every cleaner in every hotel haha. Any artist reading this will know exactly what I’m talking about.

Q7. Finally, tell is the worst / funniest thing that’s happened to you whilst on the road?

Tough question but this happened recently, it’s funny and it’s fresh on my mind. I was returning from a show in Vigo with Cera Khin as we both were on the same flight to Barcelona. We entered through security and put all our belongings in the trays and went through the checks, all fine. We picked up our stuff then suddenly Cera began to panic. She said ‘’My laptop, my laptop is gone! Someone took my laptop’’ I had gathered my stuff already and had my laptop in my left arm, she checked to be sure it was mine which it was. After about 2 minutes of absolute chaos, she looked at me again and spotted I had both laptops, one in each arm! We just both laughed so hard for ages and how I never noticed I was carrying two laptops I’ll never know.
